Snipers generally want to have uniform guns. Having both missiles and guns on a sniper is fail. Having a falloff bonus in a sniper is twice the amount of fail - falloff bonuses are only useful on ACs, and fighting at range with ACs is very inferior.

No. It improves tracking. Tracking can (but doesn't always) boost damage. TP bonus on a BS is fail. Disagree? OK.
According to your logic of how TP is good, can we have a web range bonus? I'd hate to overboost our ships with overpowered TPs, when we can live with the inferior webrange bonus, you know.

Range bonus for X gun is a damage bonus when you can use "better" ammo. Falloff bonus just means you suck less with ammo X. Seriously now, unless you're in hugging range you're best off firing barrage. See how falloff works to figure out why. So no better ammos, just barrage. Sure, you do better DPS if you've got a falloff bonus and you're firing Barrage, but, erm, you're always worse then a ship which actually has optimal.

6 low armour tanker is sortof bad. If you do spend all your bonuses on falloff + missile speed and TP, you are aware that you create a ship which has virtually no DPS at all. While sucking as a sniper in a horrible way.
You're basically saying "let's give Minmatar a totally worthless ship".

6 lows on a armour tanker is just bad (of course, it'd open the funny shield tank with 6 mids option). Else it's a lovely idea. Then again, with a drone bonus and good dronebay, and full flight of heavies, it could be interesting.
